WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Clear round balloons
- Helium tank
- Metallic gold glitter
- Ribbon (we love gold or fuchsia)
- Gold fabric tassels (2 per balloon)
- Kim Crawford Sauvignon Bottles
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill each balloon with a few pinches of glitter (to your taste).
- Blow up each balloon with helium and tie a knot in the end.
- Tie one end of a ribbon length to the neck of a wine bottle and measure the height you want the balloon to float and tie the other end to the knot of the balloon.
- Finish each balloon by covering each knot with 2 tassels for a clean look.
- Repeat with as many balloons as desired and get ready for the compliments to roll in.
