INGREDIENTS:
- 2 parts Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
- 3-4 pieces lemon wedge
- Pinch of mint
- .75 parts simple syrup
- Mint sprig
DIRECTIONS:
- Muddle Mint, lemon and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
