INGREDIENTS:
- ½ lb chopped milk chocolate (about 1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp chopped candied ginger
- 1 Tbsp slivered pistachios
- 1 Tbsp freeze dried strawberries
- 1 Tbsp white chocolate, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- In a heatproof bowl microwave milk chocolate on medium for 2 minutes or until melted.
- Dip and fill each spoon with melted chocolate.
- Place on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet resting handles on the edge.
- Sprinkle 9 of the spoons with the dry toppings.
- Place in fridge till firm, about 1 hour.
- Drizzle last 3 spoons with melted white chocolate.
- Return to fridge to set for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
