Cascading Fringes

Cascading Fringes

What you'll need:

Cut the crepe rolls in half (this will give you two fringes per roll).

Grab your friend, each taking one end of the crepe. Together, stretch the crepe (taking most of the stretch out of it).

Fold the paper every 12 inches or so until the roll is folded entirely.

Cut a tight, even fringe into each (long) side of the folded crepe paper, careful not to cut all the way through.

Attach one of the ends to the ceiling with tape and let it drape down. Secure additional fringes, creating a wall of fringe.

Twist each strand, gently from the bottom, creating your ideal spiral.
