Wine Jelly Citrus Wedges



Cut lemons and limes length-wise and carefully remove the flesh from the peel without tearing. Discard flesh.

Pour the wine and cranberry juice into a large pitcher.

Sprinkle gelatin over wine mixture and let stand for 2 minutes.

Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add boiling water to wine and gelatin. Stir until completely combined.

Arrange peels on a tray and pour mixture into peels until completely full.

Place in refrigerator until jello is set, about 2 hours.
